The Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors of Iowa association is a professional trade association formed in 1993 to serve the needs of the plumbing, heating and cooling professionals in the state of Iowa. Membership is open to contractors and to anyone who is closely allied with the plumbing-heating-cooling industry.
The PHCC of Iowa is the state chapter of the Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors National Association. Founded in 1883, we're the oldest trade organization in the construction industry and the largest in the PHC industry.
Our primary goal is to advance and protect the interests of the plumbing and HVAC industry and its members.
Official organization policy is set by the elected PHCC Board of Directors; a professional staff is employed to oversee the organization's day-to-day operations from PHCC of Iowa headquarters in Des Moines.
