As the Executive Director for PHCC of Iowa, Jeana oversees the overall strategy and operations of the association and works closely with the Board of Directors and key PHCC of Iowa partners. Before joining the PHCC of Iowa team, Jeana worked for over 12 years serving Chamber of Commerce organizations in the Des Moines area. She graduated from Iowa State University with Distinction with a Bachelors of Arts degree in Journalism and Mass Communications with a Public Relations emphasis and minoring in Speech Communications and Sociology. Jeana currently resides in West Des Moines, IA with her husband and two daughters.

Jessica began her career in Hospitality specializing in both front office and event operations. She plays a key part in supporting the Apprenticeship Program in addition to her role for PHCC-IA. Jessica is currently building towards becoming an association membership expert. She is a graduate of Purdue University Global with a BA in Business Administration.

Jessica currently resides in Des Moines, Iowa and enjoys spending time supporting Iowa’s minor league teams. If you have any questions about registering your apprentice, course progress, student related items or membership in PHCC-IA, she's your best resource!

Alyvia graduated from South Dakota State University with a degree in Leadership and Management of Nonprofit Organizations and continued to gain knowledge through multiple internships at Non-Profit Organizations where she developed a passion for mission-drive work. With energy and enthusiasm, she is eager to maximize the impact of the clients she supports.

Alyvia specializes in developing online and in-person educational content for PHCC of Iowa. She’ll play a key role in facilitating upcoming Continuing Education programming needed to maintain your license.

Cloe graduated from Iowa State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, focusing on non-profit events. During her internships at Iowa State, she gained hands-on experience in event coordination, marketing, and public relations. Her passion lies in creating meaningful experiences that inspire connection and continuous learning.

Cloe plays a key role in supporting the in-person and online apprenticeship program operations.

Lauryn provides administrative support for both the Apprenticeship Program and PHCC of Iowa. She will be working closely with Jeana, Jessica and Alyvia to assist with various aspects of the apprenticeship program.

Lauryn is native to Des Moines and currently resides in Waukee. She attended school at Hawkeye Community College and the University of Iowa and is currently working on becoming a Certified Administrative Professional. Lauryn has worked for a number of non-profit organizations, in Iowa and Minnesota, over the years and finds it truly rewarding work.
