Honoring outstanding instruction to students pursuing a career in the HVAC profession, the Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors—National Association (PHCC) awarded its 2023 HVAC Instructor of the Year award to Brian Millard of the PHCC of Iowa Apprenticeship Program. The award – sponsored by PHCC Corporate Partner Milwaukee Tool – was presented Oct. 27 at PHCCCONNECT2023 in Cleveland, Ohio.
