PHCCIA 2027 Online Apprenticeship

This form should be used to register your apprentices for the 2027 Winter Cohort. The course will kick-off with a required apprentice virtual orientation January 14. A late fee will be applied to for registrations after November 1.

PHCC of Iowa's Online Program is a 100% online program approved by the Department of Labor.

Plumbing and HVAC 1 students will receive a physical textbook. HVAC 2 will utilize the book they received in year 1, HVAC 3 & 4 will have a digital book.

A computer is necessary to complete the program, however PHCC of Iowa does not supply computers. Requirements of computers below:

• System: Windows Vista or higher or Mac OS X 10.5 or higher
  • Internet Speeds: Download: 1.5 Mbps min. and upload: 1 Mbps min.
  • Hardware: 2 GB RAM min.
  • Browsers: Microsoft Edge, Chrome, Firefox or Safari
  • Other Software: Adobe Flash Player v12, Adobe Shockwave Player
