Backflow Tester Certification Class
4-Day Course | 32 Hours | Open to Members & Non-members

This course is designed for individuals seeking initial certification as a Backflow Prevention Assembly Tester in Iowa. Over four full days (32 hours), participants will gain the hands-on skills and theoretical knowledge needed to pass the certification exam and perform backflow testing in the field. PHCC of Iowa is a DIAL approved provider of backflow training and we use the University of Southern California Manual for Cross Connection Control 10th Edition for our trainings.

What You’ll Learn:

• Cross-connection control fundamentals
• Assembly operation and testing procedures
• Hands-on lab practice and test preparation

Certification Requirement: You must complete this 32-hour course to become a certified tester in Iowa.
